Back in 2015, Sean took a leap of faith to leave his job (with his first kid on the way) and bet on himself and the vision Ryan Rausch had for CES, helping to get CES off the ground and start growing our client base. Almost 8 years later, Sean continues to take immense pride in being one of the reasons that CES has gotten to where it is today and holds the growth and success of CES as one of the proudest moments of his professional career.

Spurning offers to play basketball and baseball in college, the son of a Gold Medal and (former) World Record holder in the 1972 Olympics decided to go to Ohio State where he met the love of his life (Kate) who now heads up our finance and payroll divisions. He has since settled into Upper Arlington with his wife and two kids, Olivia (6) and Grant (4), who constantly provide laughs for the whole family.

In his free time Sean considers himself addicted to playing golf, basketball and softball just enough to allow him to get out of bed the next day, along with rooting on his favorite teams: Cincinnati Bengals, The Ohio State Buckeyes, Xavier Musketeers and Cincinnati Reds (screw you soccer).

He takes an immense amount of satisfaction in being able to see the imprint that he and so many others have had on the company to help it grow from the ground up with nothing but hard work, determination, and great leadership. However, more than anything, he is the proudest of the incredible level of service and communication that our team of hard-working men and women provide to the small and midsize business community that we serve.
